Mike Bolter AKA Roger has got to be the smartest son-of-a-bitch I know. even though he's not even a man. you see he's a cyborg so to say, a man who transferred his body into a robot body after he got sick with somethin' don't know what. any way me and him have been friends for as long as I can remember. he was orphaned when he was 6 and ever scene then he's been well... different from what he told me the rest is a mystery to me and the others.
Personality[]
His Personality is some times all over the place but I know for a fact that he gets mad easily mostly when you call him a "stupid machine" or mock his work. when that's not happening he's a good guy to go and get a drink with.
Semblance []
his semblance is well tricky to explain, it lets him short out any electrical devise he wants. He calls his semblance an "EMP". Oh sorry "E.M.P." he hates it when you get it wrong
Weapons[]
though he does prefer building and inventing things he is not afraid to get into a fight with his laptop and power pistol he calls "inventors friend" with those two things with him he can take on a whole bandit camp by himself.
