RWBY 3 Livestream points
Alright, so the livestream just ended, and I took notes of as much as I could.
- They enhanced/fixed cardboard dad (Taiyang) in the DVD version.
- Monty came up with the scene with Ruby talking to Summer's gravestone (Gray called it a gravestone) a long time ago.
- They usually don't come up with names for the episodes until the night before, but they've had the title for episode 12 for a while.
- They have their own nicknames for the fights. RWBY vs ABRN is "Episode 1 Fight" and Pyrrha vs Penny is "PvP".
- There was going to be a giant popcorn bucket in episode 9, but people felt it was too distracting, despite Kerry saying it was funny.

RWBY Volume 3 Livestream
According to Gray's new journal, tomorrow (Friday, February 12th), we'll be getting two doses of RWBY stuff.
A new Free Play will come out at noon CST, and it will have a clip from episode 12.
Then, at 3 PM CST, the RWBY crew will start a livestream. They'll stream episodes 1-11, do live commentary, and answer questions.
So... Anyone have any ideas for questions to ask them?
Here are some good questions:
- Is the manga canon?
- Is Grimm Eclipse canon, and if so, when does it take place?
- Is Neo's Semblance illusions?
- What story does Neo allude to?
Ruby and Yang had a Skype call with RTX Australia
So, that was the coolest thing. I just watched the livestream of Ruby and Yang's Q&A panel a while ago and snapped a few quick screenshots for fun. Since I was multitasking, though, I didn't have the stream up fullscreen.
At one point, Jaune joined the call trying to talk to Ruby, but she told him that she and Yang were busy and she'd call him back later. Interestingly enough, Ruby said that Jaune is the easiest person for her to talk to and that he's her best friend, so they must have Skype calls and hang out a lot.
Ruby dropped a few interesting hints of things to come in the show:
- We are, of course, going to see Qrow's scythe.
- We're probably going to find out about how Ruby discovered her Semblance. Qrow has something to do with it.

Let's Talk - Beginning of the End
Beginning of the End is certainly an interesting episode that has shown us so, so much.
I'll start with explaining what Emerald meant about "two minds" and pointing out something I noticed.
It takes a little bit of thought to understand what Emerald meant when she said that using her Semblance on two people gave her a headache. Most likely, she was talking about the paramedics. When the paramedics arrived, we were given a view of Mercury's leg, where we can see that his pants leg is torn just below the knee. However, we see skin through the hole, rather than metal. Mercury's prosthetics include the knees, so we should have seen metal through the hole. We were seeing what the paramedics saw. Emerald had to hide Merc's prosthetic from them.
