Tōru Ōkawa (大川 透 Ōkawa Tōru) is a Japanese voice actor who voices Arthur Watts in the Japanese dub of RWBY.[1] He is most known for his roles in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure as the narrator, Soul Eater as Spirit "Death Scythe" Albarn and Fullmetal Alchemist as Roy Mustang.
