This is a motion for the removal of General Esdeath's bureaucrat position.
For a long period of time, General Esdeath (hereafter titled after his nickname “Nedz”) has been the source of tension and issues on the chat of this wiki and has at several occasion demonstrated behavior that are going both against our wiki’s policies, against the wikia ToU, and that are not acceptable for a member of the leadership of this wiki.
At several occasions in the past Nedz has been warned and berated by staff members for his actions and has been on “last chance” mode for more than a year now. Here are a few major segments of the draft in 2014:
“[2]A short while later he asked an ex-chat mod that hadn't been on in a long time (since the last 'crat was removed for using multiple socks in chat mod and admin positions to control the wiki) to come back. This user was known for her dislike of RWBY and shipping. He promoted her to chat mod as soon as she entered chat without calling for election/vote or any sort of community agreement.”
To resume what came out of this situation, said impromptly nominated moderator proceeded in kicking users for no valid reason, which resulted in an outrage at the situation from the community and Nedz reluctantly removing the rights of the faulty moderator.

“However, during this period some people started talking in main about who might be a new chat mod. The few times that Nedz saw them doing so he reacted by telling everyone that it's not up to them and they should drop the conversation or be kicked then banned if they did so again. This normally ended the convo quickly and it wouldn't start a while.”
Here we can see that Nedz was abusing his power as a bureaucrat to try to control discussions about possible nominations for chat moderator.
“[6]After this had calmed down I watched him as he bragged about an old trolling of his where he pretended to be the creator of RWBY, Monty, on this chat while he was still just a standard user. This could have led other users to believe that this action is good and people are allowed to do it. Thankfully myself and another mod were able to put a stop to the boasting as well as reassuring the users in chat that it is against the rules and not to be done.”

Notable points are how the creation date of the account match the reported event (before Nedz’ investiture as a Bureaucrat on July 26, 2013) and was banned by Nedz himself, several months after the creation of the account.
This concludes the investigation into the original draft. From now on events are recorded in a more recent time frame and will cover some of the latest incidents.
In January 2016, Nedz was involved in a cross-wiki incident in which he threatened the user of another wikia with their IP (obtained via Skype’s (now patched) security breach that exposed users’ IP from 2013 to the 24th of January 2016). We have policies to deal about the abuse and spam of pings. A bureaucrat like Nedz should be well aware of how to deal with someone violating this rule and handle the situation accordingly, not by cussing them out. If someone doesn’t get the hint after being warned to cease this behavior, they get kicked or banned, not cussed at.
In March 2016, he was involved in an incident regarding the transsexual gender identity and overtness about it of a user who prefers to remain anonymous.

From these logs, it appears that Nedz is demanding that females who were born as male must be public about it. However on this wiki there is a requirement for basic respect for the desire of gender decisions of users, no users can be ostracised or intimidated for their sexual identity nor can they be forced to declare if they used to be another sex/gender. Not only should a bureaucrat be a shining example of respect, but someone of his position is essentially imposing his demand, which goes in contradiction with this wiki’s philosophy of acceptance.
Not only are our policies flat-out ignored by his actions, the Wikia’s ToU directly mention:
“you also agree not to use the Service to:
Abuse, harass, threaten or intimidate other Wikia users;
Solicit personal information from any user under the age of 18; ”
With all these events of misconduct that Nedz committed, I am not confident in having such a person as a leader of our community. A bureaucrat should be a shining beacon of respect toward the users and the rules of the wiki rather than be allowed to go around breaking the policies left and right without consequences. This is why I am proposing a vote for the removal of the user rights of General Esdeath.
