Lyrics[]
I arrive
at the edge of the world
And I wonder
Should I sit or should I stand?
Should I kneel?
What should I feel?
Will I fall apart?
Maybe that's all I want
I pretend that I'm queen
Of a castle that's tumbling
Around my feet
And in my heart, it's there
Standing tall enough to fix it all
It's just a new beginning
It's just different ending
(It's just, it's just beginning
It's just, it's just ending)
Just you see
Watch as I go
Alone
All alone
Rising like a wave
It's clear
That I'm everything and nothing
All at once
I'll meet you at the horizon
Where we first met
Where I died, I'll be born again

Trivia[]
- The song was described by Casey Lee Williams as "feel-good indie city" prior to the episode's release.
- Casey said the musician Tycho's album "Dive" was an inspiration for "The Edge", as well as the artists Caroline Polachek and Julia Jacklin. Martin Gonzalez added that guitarist Jakub Zytechi - specifically his song "Sunflower" - inspired him as well.[2]
