Saber Rodentia is a captain of the Menagerie Guard. He first appears in "Unforeseen Complications".

Appearance
Saber is a gerbil Faunus[1] and the captain of the Menagerie Guard.
He wears the typical Menagerie Guard garb. His hair is dark brown and shaven at the sides, similar to Corsac Albain.
He has a scar running across his right eye and his Faunus trait are buck teeth.
History
Saber is first seen alongside several other members of the Menagerie Guard when he attends Ghira's speech in "Unforeseen Complications". He orders the rest of the guards to chase Ilia after she interrupts before Blake can give her part of the speech. He later appears helping evacuate the Belladonna Family Home in "True Colors" and is initially hesitant to let Ilia join Blake, but he relents when Ghira allows her to go.
Trivia
- A saber is a type of cavalry sword. Rodentia is Latin for rodents.
