Round One

"Round One" is the theme that plays throughout the episode "Round One" of RWBY Volume 3, and is incorporated in the RWBY: Volume 3 Soundtrack.

Composition[]

Accompanying the scenes of Ruby Rose at Summer's Gravestone, is a slow and sentimental piece with strings and harp, including an arrangement of parts of "All Our Days".

This leads into the opening theme of the Vytal Festival match between Team RWBY and Team ABRN, which fuses an orchestral sound with typical rock instrumentation, including lead guitar. This is followed by a jaunty, upbeat section accompanying the scenes at the fairgrounds.
