Trivia[]

  • The choir that plays in the piece "In the Shadow of Atlas" at 0:14 in the track was created by Alex Abraham using the Voxos Epic Choir software. Alex later confirmed the choir's intended meaning is as follows:[1]
    • Voxos Gibberish: O mis Atasa, Vi vota, Ine aira vi frayât? NE SIA! E décri nus vitari, VOS-A!
    • Intended Meaning: Oh my Atlas, We float, In the air we freeze? NO SIR! And decree victory, FOR ALL!
    • The Voxos gibberish is not any language, but rather computer generated audio, and as such they are not lyrics.
  • Similarly, the piece "And I Refuse to Starve" also uses Voxos Epic Choir for the track at 2:06, during Cinder Fall's battle with Winter Schnee and Penny Polendina. The intended meaning for the piece is not canonical representation or reflection of any presumed insight about the characters.[2]
    • Voxos Gibberish: Mi teca madine maca o atama Utami madine, donu voca vi mi, Donu voca vi mi uta mata, I vi ky u sari Fraysta – madine a maca
    • Intended Meaning: I take maiden magic of autumn. Ultimate maiden, don't f*** with me. Don't f*** with my ultra magic, I will kill you, sorry Fria – maiden of magic.
  • The "It Was Bait" track uses VOXOS Epic Choir at 0:47, as Arthur Watts and James Ironwood prepare to fight. The intended meaning is as follows:[3]:
    • Voxos Gibberish: Ca'Ravoti, mai-u care mi tu a crimane masami ine tusky, 'Ravoti
    • Intended Meaning: Gravity, may you carry me to a criminal mastermind in the sky, Gravity
  • According to Alex Abraham via a youtube comment, around the 4:28 mark of the "Free Ride and a Show" it becomes a "Tyrian/Qrow hybrid melody". By the 5:38 mark, "the Tyrian/Qrow hybrid is over, and what's left is the portion of the phrase taken up by Tyrian's melodies".[4]
