Schnee Dust Company[]
Just like the real Weiss at first, Negative Weiss was proud to be a member of the Schnee Dust Company. Like her father and the rest of the Atlas elite, she also saw the Schnee Dust Company's enemies, the White Fang, as Grimm-like monsters in the Dreamscape instead of just Faunus. This shows how the real Weiss originally had some of the same views as her father.
Team RWBY[]
Negative Weiss seems to hold her teammates in high regard with the exception of Blake Belladonna due to her being a Faunus. However, she wanted to lock them up and was willing to fight against them in her Dreamscape while protecting the Nightmare Grimm from their attacks. In “Where You Belong”, she becomes cold and distant towards Ruby and Yang where she is willing to banish them outside of the kingdom forever.
Team JNPR[]
Just like Ruby and Yang, she has a dream version of Team JNPR locked up as well. According to Team JNPR, they believe the reason Negative Weiss has their dream counterparts along with Ruby and Yang locked up was to prevent them from being corruption by Nightmare. It later turned out to be true in “Dreams Come Rue”, where Dream Actor Ren and Nora become corrupt by Nightmare’s influences to attack Jaune and Dream Actor Pyrrha.

Jacques Schnee[]
She respects and follows her father's orders and yet she fears him. Throughout her dreamscape, Jacques appears in multiple places while watching over her and reminding her to live up to "Big Nicholas". This shows how the real Weiss thought that her father always controlled her life.
Willow Schnee[]
In her dreamscape, Negative Weiss sees her mother as one of the shadow people like the rest of the upper-class citizens. This implies that the real Weiss thought her mother was just like the rest of the Atlas elite in reality and how her mother started falling out of her life after her tenth birthday.
Winter Schnee[]
In the dreamscape, Negative Weiss sees her sister as a book that she often reads for advice. This shows how the real Weiss always looked up to her sister for guidance on what to do.
Whitley Schnee[]
Like Weiss, Negative Weiss finds Whitley Schnee a pest and nuisance when he taunts her. This shows how the real Weiss thought of Whitley at the time before her time at Beacon Academy. In “Dreams Come Rued”, when Whitley getting on her last nerves about her responsibility and consequences, she attacks him out of annoyance which him fly away out of fear.

Ruby Rose[]
Negative Weiss concerns Ruby and Yang as her "precious" friends and prefers to lock them up. In "Where You Belong," Negative Weiss coldly criticizes Ruby for her childish behavior before telling her that she does not want to see her again. In “My Dream, Your Dream”, she swears she will put Ruby back to sleep. She even goes as far as she brutally defeats her and steps on her weapon to prevent Ruby from reaching it.
Blake Belladonna[]
Unlike the real Weiss, Negative Weiss hates Blake due to being a Faunus. In "Do You Have a Plan?", according to Negative Weiss, no matter how many times she pushes her away, she will always come back. In "Dream Come True", she was surprised that Blake protected the train from the White Fang. However, this does not change her behavior towards Blake as Negative Weiss still sees her as a threat. In "Where You Belong," she banished Blake along with Yang by transporting them outside the kingdom.
In “Mirror of Darkness”, she notices something off about “Blake” with her sudden change of appearances and personality. When Negative Blake accuses her of murdering her people, Negative Weiss claims she does not kill Faunus, nor does she not hate all of them. She then declares that she will rip her Grimm mask off, knock some senses, and put her into eternal sleep forever.
Yang Xiao Long[]
Negative Weiss concerns Yang and Ruby as her "precious" friends and prefers to lock them up. In “Do You Have a Plan?”, she blames Yang for babying Ruby and the reason Ruby is not allowed to grow up which makes Yang angry. In "Where You Belong," she banished Yang along with Blake by transporting them outside the kingdom.

Negative Weiss saves Pyrrha along with Jaune from the corrupt Nora and Ren in "Dream Come Rued".

Klein Sieben[]
Throughout the Dreamscape, Negative Weiss sees Klein in multiple different forms with each one representing one of the real Klein's multiple emotions. In “Dreams Come Rued”, she did not hesitate by attacking Grump Klein after being affected by one of the Little Weiss. In "Where You Belong", she freezes Dopey and Sleepy Klein in order to prevent them from waking up.

Negative Weiss vs. Negative Blake.
Negative Blake likely represents everything Negative Weiss hates and fears about the Faunus. After Negative Blake accuses her of murdering and abusing Faunus, Negative Weiss is visibly shocked and disgusted by the accusation claiming that she hasn't done any such thing before angrily vowing to beat some sense into Negative Blake before putting her to rest once and for all.
