"Master Thief" is the third RWBY Chibi skit of the animated anthology Neon Konbini and the sixty-seventh episode of RWBY Chibi. It premiered for Rooster Teeth FIRST members on June 10th, 2021 as the last segment of the episode "Thicc With Two C's". It was later reuploaded onto the Rooster Teeth Animation channel on April 8th, 2023. It is also included on the Volume 9 Bluray release on October 3rd, 2023.

Emerald Sustrai steals some personal possessions from Coco Adel, Qrow Branwen and Nora Valkyrie.
Transcript[]
In a space of pure whiteness, the giant blocky title and a certain rose emblem drop from the sky to the ground, where the four miniaturized members of Team RWBY pop out from behind it to smile, wave and adopt poses for the audience while an unseen speaker announces the show as: "RWBY CHIBI"!
Coco Adel walks through the hallway. Emerald Sustrai runs past Coco and quickly steals her Gianduja. Coco slowly stops walking and finds out that she's not carrying her Gianduja.
Coco: (shocked) My purse! (angry) Oh, when I get my hands on...
Coco places her hand where her Gianduja was, but suddenly realizes.
Coco: Oh right. Purse is the weapon. Crud.
Emerald peeks on Coco and picks up the Gianduja.
Emerald: Too easy.
The scene cuts to Qrow Branwen taking a stroll on the main avenue of Beacon. Emerald runs past Qrow, who spins around until he is shown wearing only his cloak and underwear.
Qrow: Huh? Could have sworn I got dressed this morning. (shrugs) Hah. Not the first time that's happened.
Cuts to Emerald now wearing Qrow's clothes.
Emerald: (giggles) Stole his shirt off his back. Literally.
Cuts to Nora Valkyrie and Pyrrha Nikos walking on the street of Vale
Nora: Did you hear there's a thief running around town?
Pyrrha: Sounds like a case for the Junior She-tectives!
Nora and Pyrrha transform into the Junior She-tectives with their weapons. Emerald quickly runs past Nora and Pyrrha after she steals Nora's Magnhild. Nora looks downs to find she's not holding her Magnhild.
Nora: (shocked) Hey, wait a minute. Where's my hammer?
Pyrrha: Hmmm... Let's find out!
Pyrrha uses her Semblance. A trash can, a sewer plate and a spoon come onto Pyrrha. Pyrrha and Nora find Emerald holding Magnhild.
Emerald: Ummm... you... droppped... this?
Emerald gives a sheepish smile while sweatdropping.
Nora: Thank you!!!
Nora takes back her Magnhild and Emerald lands on the ground.
Nora: Now let's find that thief!
Pyrrha gives herself a face palm while Emerald pretends to be innocent.
