Lewis[2] was the brother of Alyx and the author of the fairy tale The Girl Who Fell Through The World. Originally from Vacuo before the Great War had ever began, both Lewis and Alyx fell from the sky into the Ever After long ago.
Appearance[]
Lewis was a young boy with short dark brown dreadlocks and hazel eyes. He wore golden framed glasses. He wore a white collar shirt with fabric ascot and dark blue trench coat, light brown bagged pants, and dark brown boots. In addition, he carried around a leather brown bag around his waist.
Personality[]
Lewis was described by Jaune to be the "kind one" compared to Alyx. He was also described as the clever one of the group, as Jaune noted that after meeting and befriending him, Lewis was instantly able to tell that Jaune knew more than he was letting on about what was happening to them. In the flashback, he seemed uncertain about the path they were taking, as while Alyx was animatedly talking with the Herbalist, Lewis seemed hesitant to engage. He also seemed amazed by the wonders of the Ever After, as seeing the exit door, he had an expression of wonder on his face.
He also cared greatly for Alyx despite her flaws. Upon returning home, he wrote a book dedicated to her in her memory, making her the sole protagonist of the story while omitting himself from it entirely. According to the Blacksmith, the story he wrote was what he wished had happened in the Ever After.

- Lewis alludes to Lewis Carroll, the creator of many novels, such as "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" and referencing his role as the real author of the fairy tale.
- Unlike most characters from Remnant, Lewis' name is not derived from a color. This implies that he may have been born before the Great War, where the usage of color-based names was born.
- This was confirmed in "A Knight's Journal", where it was revealed that both he and Alyx were from Vacuo before the Great War or Huntsmen even existed. Because of this, it is highly likely that he has since passed away.
