Jon Risinger is the voice actor for Bolin Hori in RWBY. He also voices minor characters, such as an Atlas Soldier and a paramedic.
Jon began his work at Rooster Teeth as a graphic designer and now hosts an improv comedy game show called On The Spot, which has many Rooster Teeth employees as recurring guests.

- Jon Risinger is never credited in the show proper for voicing Bolin. Two years after the voice occurrence, the RWBY production team officially credited him in a Reddit AMA.[1]
