- For the original character, see Jaune Arc.
- For the dark aspect. see Negative Jaune.
The Dream Actor of Jaune Arc was a minor character from Weiss' Dreamscape that featured in RWBY: Ice Queendom. He was how Weiss Schnee saw the original Jaune, manifested as an alternate version of him within the dream created by the Nightmare. In “Dreams Come Rued”, he disappeared after being replaced with the real Jaune in the dream.
Appearance[]
Jaune's Dream Actor had an identical appearance to his original incarnation. In "Awaken in a Dream", he gained a slightly different outfit, gaining an orange beanie, scarf, and mittens, with white highlights to them. Apart from that, he still retained the Vale outfit of the original Jaune.
Oddly, when the original Jaune entered the dream and replaced his Dream Actor, he gained a large brown cape and an extravagant oversized sword that the Dream Actor didn't have. He also gained the scarf, beanie, and mittens later on in the dream from the other Dream Actors of Team JNPR.

Personality[]
Jaune's Dream Actor version didn't have much personality to him, being only able to make kitten noises from his cell, and didn't seem capable of much outside of that. It is possible that he may have be able to do more if motivated, similarly to the other Dream Actors in "Dreams Come Rued".
History[]
He first appeared along with Dream Actor Nora and Ren locked up in the cage by Dopey Klein where they were seen begging at Ruby. Later in the first reset of Weiss’ Dreamscape, he, Nora and Ren appeared beside Dream Actor Pyrrha as she continued to sing “Mirror, Mirror”. He, Nora, Ren were seen waving Ruby goodbye as she left to regroup with Blake and Yang. Dream Actor Jaune was later switched with the real Jaune in the second reset.
Trivia[]
- Jaune's Dream Actor design was designed by anime concept artist Huke.
