"Cool as Coco" is the first RWBY Chibi skit of the animated anthology Neon Konbini and the sixty-fifth episode of RWBY Chibi. It premiered for Rooster Teeth FIRST members on May 27, 2021 as the last segment of the episode "Come In, We're Open". It was made public on June 3rd, 2021 as a part of the Neon Konbini episode and as a separate clip on RoosterTeeth's YouTube channel. The episode ended up being released by itself again on the Roosterteeth animation channel on March 4th, 2023. It is also included on the Volume 9 Bluray release on October 3rd, 2023.

Coco Adel returns to Beacon Academy from a vacation to the cast's delight, and to the horror of Qrow Branwen, Cinder Fall, Winter Schnee, Lie Ren, and Neptune Vasilias.
Transcript[]
In a space of pure whiteness, the giant blocky title and a certain rose emblem drop from the sky to the ground, where the four miniaturized members of Team RWBY pop out from behind it to smile, wave and adopt poses for the audience while an unseen speaker announces the show as: "RWBY CHIBI"!
Winter Schnee, Lie Ren, Cinder Fall, and Neptune Vasilias are seen in the classroom of Beacon Academy. Winter suspiciously glares at Cinder who is whistling innocently. Neptune swipes his Scroll, Ren looks at Winter then Cinder. They go startled by Qrow Branwen's sudden appearance behind them.
Qrow: Good, you're all here. (stands on the desk) We represent the coolest and most highly revered individuals on this campus. Winter. Your sister would jump off a bridge if you told her to.
Winter: I have and she did.
Qrow: Ren. Your cooking is top notch, and your teammate is madly in love with you.
Ren: Ohh, no. Pyrrha's just a friend.
Qrow: Cinder. You're able to command those two partners of yours like they're your henchmen.
Cinder: Why, what an absurd notion! Henchmen would be more competent.
Qrow: Neptune. Despite the fact that you're clearly a giant dork, your style is on point, and you're absolute dreamboat.
Neptune: I'm gonna focus on (winks at Qrow) the second part of the sentence.
Qrow: And of course I'm literally the coolest person on the planet today.
Qrow makes a cool pose.
Ren: Well, yeah.
Winter sticks out her tongue in disgust.
Neptune: Soooo... what's the problem?
Qrow: There is another. A student so relentlessly cool, we may lose everything.
Cinder: (unamused) Please, a student?
Qrow: Not just a student... an upperclassmen.
The scene then cuts to Coco Adel walking at the courtyard of Beacon.
Sun: Whoa, Coco! How was vacation?
Sun rides his skateboard around Coco.
Coco: Oh, you know... Bought some clothes, broke some girls' hearts. Heads up.
Sun crashes onto a lamppost, groaning in pain. Coco hops onto his skateboard, skating past Qrow, Cinder, Winter, Ren and Neptune.
Neptune: Dude...
Winter: I've been cold my entire life, but I have never been that cool.
Cinder: Honestly I fail to see how this is our problem.
Ruby: (excited) Hey everyone! COCO'S BACK!
Everyone cheers. Coco is carried by Ozpin, Velvet Scarlatina, Penny Polendina, Blake Belladonna, and Nora Valkyrie; others chase after Coco. Cinder notices Mercury and Emerald also chasing after Coco.
Cinder: (angry) She will burn!
Qrow: Like I said, we've got a problem. Now, wait...
Qrow notices Winter, Ren, and Neptune are absent. The scene then cuts to Neptune chasing after Coco.
Neptune: (shouts) Coco, come back! I'm not actually cool! It's all an act and I need a teacher, pleaaaase!!!
Then cuts to Winter.
Winter: (shouts) Child! I demand you reveal your secrets at once!
Then cuts to Ren.
Ren: (waves at Qrow and Cinder) Well see you guys later!
The scene cuts to Qrow and Cinder while not noticing that Coco is standing behind them.
Cinder: Uhh... yeah.
Coco: Oof. (startles Qrow and Cinder) Fans, am I right? Up top! (high-fives with Cinder) Down low!
Qrow attempts to low-five but fails when Coco moves her hand away.
Coco: Aw, too slow.
Coco walks away proudly. Qrow stares at his hand, his hand shaking. The spotlight appears above Qrow.
Qrow: So that's what it feels like...

Trivia[]
- Coco's Chibi counterpart was originally meant to debut in season 3 of the show and reveal that she was a lesbian before the release of the novel RWBY: After the Fall. However, the writers decided against it to be more respectful to the character.
- Because of this, the skit may have originally been part of an episode planned to air during season 3 before being cut.
- This is the first RWBY Chibi short where Jason Liebrecht voices Qrow.
