"Chatterbox"^[1] is a song that plays during the Volume 9 episode "The Parfait Predicament" when Team RWBY battles the Jabberwalker clone. It was incorporated on the RWBY: Volume 9 Soundtrack.

The song's full meaning is meant to be up to interpretation, though its lyrics were inspired by the feelings of Neopolitan and/or the Curious Cat.^[2]

The song was described by Casey Lee Williams as "edge city" prior to the episode's release.
"Chatterbox" was inspired by Deftones as well as grunge music such as Breaking Benjamin^[4] as well as Paramore and Anberlin.^[5]
