"Be Strong and Hit Stuff"^[1] is a song that plays when Team JNR, Oscar, Emerald and Winter fight Ironwood in the episode "Creation" of Volume 8. The song is one of Nora's image songs, and the lyrics are related to her moving beyond her past and becoming her own person.

The title of this song may be a reference to Nora's self reflection in "Strings".
The verse "Redemption is yours If you take that path" references Emerald Sustrai, Marrow Amin and Winter Schnee switching sides to help Ruby's Group save the people of both Atlas and Mantle.
