Barbara Julie Dunkelman is the voice actress for Yang Xiao Long in RWBY. She is also the Creative Director[1], the Marketing and Community Manager at Rooster Teeth Productions and Co-Director of RTX.
As Rooster Teeth's community manager, Barbara managed the company's website and social media accounts. She also used to help plan, set up and run RTX, Rooster Teeth's expo in Austin, Texas.

Barbara has been a long-standing regular on the Rooster Teeth Podcast alongside Gavin Free, Burnie Burns and Gus Sorola. In September 2016, she also began hosting her own podcast, Always Open, which focuses on "life, love, sex, and everything in between."
Her other roles in Rooster Teeth shows include voicing Lieutenant Katie Jensen in Red vs. Blue, ORF in X-Ray and Vav, Nerris in Camp Camp and Dolores in Nomad of Nowhere, as well as appearances in numerous live-action productions, such as Rooster Teeth Shorts, Ten Little Roosters and Day 5.
Aside from working at Rooster Teeth, Barbara hosted the Internet Box Podcast, along with Lindsay Jones, Kerry Shawcross, Michael Jones and Ray Narvaez Jr. from Achievement Hunter and three other male members of the AH Community. The Internet Box ran from 2011 to 2014.
She also joined the English voice cast of the anime Fairy Tail as Cosmos and the voice cast of the PBS Kids cartoon Let's Go Luna! as Leo's cousin Sakinaka Chockers Nakamura.

- Barbara has a reputation for making awful puns, earning her the nickname "Barbara Punkelman". This seems to be a habit shared with Yang, who also occasionally makes puns (especially on RWBY Chibi and RWBY: Grimm Eclipse).
