Remnant[]
Despite having been created by the original Watts on Remnant, in Justice League x RWBY: Super Heroes and Huntsmen, Part Two, this version of Watts has decided to abandon his home world to instead take over Earth and remake it in his own image. Even so, he does recall his original allies and foes there, and becomes surprised when he meets Team RWBY again on Earth.
Arthur Watts[]
The digital Watts was made by the original, before his death by Cinder's betrayal as a contingency. Though, despite being made by Watts, the current version treats himself as the original due to having the exact same memories and skills as the original Watts and simply sees himself as having cheated death.
Salem's Inner Circle[]
Watts holds all the memories the original did, including his association with Salem. However, unlike the original, this version decided to cut ties with both her and her group and travel to Earth instead, wanting to remake it in his own image.
Team RWBY[]
In the main series, the original Watts never interacted with Team RWBY physically. Beyond knowing they were a thorn to Cinder, He never once met them personally. However, in Justice League x RWBY: Super Heroes and Huntsmen, Part One, it is revealed the original Watts had worked with Kilg%re, someone beyond Remnant, and made a deal with him to get rid of Team RWBY during their stay in Atlas in Volume 7. While this failed, Watts resumed his original objectives for Salem's arrival.
In Part Two, after uploading a copy of his mind to Cyber Space before his death and making his way to Earth, the duplicate version of Watts became surprised when the Justice League called in Team RWBY, and cautiously takes a step back with his invasion, denying Kilg%re's accusation that he feared them. After creating a new body for himself, Watts confidently met with Team RWBY to their shock and stated he would kill them. Though assured in victory, Watts became frustrated when the girls accused him of being unintelligent, and fell into their trap in revealing his manipulation towards Kilg%re which costed the two of them by being imprisoned. Before being trapped, Watts and Kilg%re declared they would eventually escape and kill them all.
Earth (DC)[]
Kilg%re[]
During the events of Volume 7 and Part One, the original Watts secretly met Kilg%re when the latter accidentally got himself lost in Remnant's Cyber Safe via dimension travel. The two made a deal that would eliminate both their foes, the Justice League and Team RWBY. Manipulating Kilg%re into giving him the idea of utilizing Remnant's virtual world to trap their enemies, though unknown to the AI, the original Watts had easily fooled Kilg&re and trapped him in the same digital world to kill them all, though he resumed his original goals in helping Salem when Kilg%re was defeated.
By Part 2, before being killed, the original Watts had stored an exact copy of his mind in Cyber Space where Kilg%re found his duplicate as a potential contingency in case he died. From there, after the duplicate Watts manipulating Kilg%re once more by tricking him into thinking it was his own fault in trapping himself in the digital world, the two worked together and transported to Earth to conqueror it. They worked in creating Grimm and modifying them, though Watts ensured he was in charge to Kilg%re's frustration. Having even made a plan where Kilg%re would falsely contact the heroes to get rid of Watts, though were trapped by Cyborg in his holo-trap.
Eventually, after being fooled by Team RWBY, Watts unintentionally reveals his trickery to Kilg%re, causing the AI to angrily possess him, the two arguing which cost them greatly. Leaving them trapped together in Cyborg's holo-trap.
Justice League[]
The original Watts had no interaction with the Justice League beyond knowing that Kilg%re wanted to kill them when the two villains first met. During Part 2, after the duplicate Watts relocating to Earth with Kilg%re's aid, the duo decided to unite and create a plan to take down the Justice League and any other opposition. Creating his own Artificial Grimm with powers, then, as suggested by Kilg%re, gave them abilities to counter the Justice League while also taking out Batman to ensure the plan went smoothly.
Like Kilg%re, Watts was confident he could defeat them and considered the League fools. Though, ultimately, he was defeated by them and Team RWBY and imprisoned in a holo-trap, courtesy of Cyborg. Before being trapped, Watts and Kilg%re declared they would eventually escape and kill them all.
