Alyx and Lewis
Alyx was Lewis' sister. Visible interactions between them were limited, but their sibling relationship was seemingly neutral. During their travels across the Ever After, Alyx gained some trust issues against her brother out of paranoia alongside Jaune and the Curious Cat after inhaling burnt leaves from Great Tree by the Herbalist. In spite of this, she continued travelling with Lewis where, as claimed by Jaune, she would eventually betray Lewis and sacrifice him to the Great Tree in order to get home and wrote him out of the book.

But as revealed later, after they reached the Great Tree, Alyx had second thoughts and decided not to tell her brother that she planned to stay in the Ever After to try and make amends and repair the damage she caused. Alyx was implied to have not told her brother her plans to remain the Ever After due to wanting Lewis to return home and not wanting him to suffer any further trying to fix her mistakes and the messes she caused, likely believing that as she was the one who caused these mistakes in the Ever After, only she should be the one to fix them.
After returning to Remnant, Lewis would write a book about their adventures in the Ever After and would choose to write himself out of it in honor of her. As stated by the Blacksmith, the events of the story was the what Lewis wished had happened, showing his love and longing for Alyx to return home.

Jaune Arc[]
Alyx betrayed Jaune
Alyx was Jaune’s travel companion and former friend. At first, she got along with Jaune during their travels in the Ever After. It eventually become strained after she inhaled the Great Tree’s leaves created by the Herbalist. She began to have trust issue towards Jaune and her brother, which worsened even more so when Jaune attempted to get her back in the story's proper role. She would then secretly poison Jaune’s meal and leave, believing he would only get in the way of her plans to return home.
After she reached the Great Tree, she had second thoughts and felt guilty for what she did to Jaune. One of the things Alyx wanted to help and fix in the Ever After was Jaune. She would ultimately achieve this when her spirit restores Jaune to his youthful appearance from before he landed in the Ever After.

Curious Cat[]
Alyx travels with the Curious Cat alongside Lewis and Jaune
Alyx was their former friend when she along with her brother first arrived at the Ever After. She had a good friendship with them and made a promise to take them back to Remnant with them. However, she seemingly betrayed them much to the Cat's sadness, abandoning them after using them to get to the Great Tree.

In truth however, upon arrival at the Door, Alyx began conversing with the Great Tree, where she had a crisis of faith. This resulted in their friendship fragmenting beyond repair. After her brother left, she broke her promise to the Curious Cat as she decided to stay and attempt to amend for the damage that she had caused to everyone. To her terror, the Curious Cat out of anger killed her.
As stated by the Blacksmith, despite it not being intentional, Alyx's dishonesty and choosing to break her promise with the Cat is ultimately to blame for the Cat becoming its current manipulative, callous and cruel self. As Alyx's betrayal had left a deep scar in the Cat's heart that combined with their other issues, resulted in the Cat becoming more and more twisted and evil.
Herbalist[]
Alyx enjoys the Herbalist’s company
Not much was known between the two of them, but Alyx seemingly enjoyed the Herbalist's presence during her time with him. However, Jaune notes that soon after meeting him, Alyx became more distrustful and paranoid towards everyone in her group, suggesting the Herbalist had used his mist on her which amplified all of her negative emotions.
