Well. After that shocking finale of Volume 8, Rwby has left us so many unanswered questions and open-doors for new theories. So I created this thread where we can post ideas of what we wants to see happen in the next volume.

Here are my ideas!

• Team CFVY and Team SSSN will meet up with the heroes in Vacuo and join Ruby's Group.

• Redemption Ideas:

1. Mercury Black - we all speculate that he and Emerald will probably meet up. It's kinda clear that once he learns about Emerald's defection from Salem and that she joined the heroes, he'll be either devastated or furious (or maybe a combination). I see him being mad and complaining about nonsense to Emerald, practically saying she's a traitor and maybe trying to force her back to Salem's Inner Circle. But Emerald could also be a key figure in Mercury's redemption arc, she and the heroes could convince Mercury to let go of his past and also defect from Salem and join their group. And maybe after redeeming, Mercury might find a way to get his semblance back.

2. Neopolitan - Neo's redemption potential has always been flying back and forth like ping pong ball. (Section removed due to spoilers from the latest episode, The Final Word. Please adhere to our Spoiler Policy and keep anything from the latest episode in the Spoiler Thread until it has been released for non-FIRST members on the 3rd of April.) ~~SpiritedDreaming Perhaps the heroes (and us watching) might learn more about Neo's backstory, like what was her life before she joined Roman and Cinder? Please adhere to our Spoiler Policy and keep anything from the latest episode in the Spoiler Thread until it has been released for non-FIRST members on the 3rd of April.) ~~SpiritedDreaming And who knows? maybe after Neo redeems she'll start speaking (but only a litte).

• Emerald is officially claimed a member of the group (since we still say she's just an ally)

• Pietro and Maria reappear. I know it's sad but Pietro will eventually have to learn about Penny's fate.

• The following characters will get new outfits:

3. Sun Wukong

4. Neptune Vasilias

5. Yatsuhashi Daichi

6. Sage Ayana

7. Fox Alistar

8. Nolan Porfirio

9. Scarlet David

10. Marrow Amin (since he's on longer a Ace-Op, I feel he should ditch the uniform)

11. Mercury Black (just an idea to expand on my redemption theory for him, I feel that if he joins the heroes, maybe he should change that jacket he wears somehow to make it look less intimidating)

• For the shippers here on the wiki, more moments for Bumblebee, Lancaster, and ReNora, and an update for BlackSun

• We go to Shade Academy and finally meet Professor Theodore

• We learn who the Summer Maiden is, and hopefully she will spared from getting killed or having her powers taken by Cinder
